Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Agent in Hamburg, you will serve as the first point of contact for large-scale enterprise clients, acting as an 'IT magician' to resolve technical issues. Your daily responsibilities include the professional intake of software and hardware malfunctions, which you will classify, prioritize, and document within a ticket system. You will perform root cause analyses and provide immediate assistance via remote support, ensuring high-quality solutions or escalating complex cases to specialized downstream units. Required Skills
