Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of customer-specific system landscapes through comprehensive onsite support. Your daily activities include IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, and De-install) services, hardware rollouts, and break-and-fix support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will handle deep-level troubleshooting for 1st and 2nd level support requests, managing tickets within defined SLAs and maintaining professional communication via email, phone, and in-person service counters. Beyond technical support, you will manage printer environments, support conference room technology, and maintain asset lifecycle data. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Experience in handling hardware rollouts and local system moves
  • Proven experience working with call-tracking systems and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Experience in supporting standard applications and mobile devices
  • Experience in maintaining knowledge databases and asset documentation
