Required Skills

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Tax Assistant, Office Management, or certified HR Specialist).

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in payroll accounting within an HR department or a tax consultancy firm is preferred
  • Experience in communicating with health insurance providers and government authorities
  • Proven experience in independent and structured administrative workflows
  • Experience in creating HR reports and personnel statistics
