Job Summary

This role involves conducting standardized vulnerability screenings for asylum seekers at the State Office for Immigration and Refugees in Schleswig-Holstein (LaZuF). As a Social Pedagogical Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and classifying special protection needs during the initial contact phase without making clinical diagnoses. Your daily tasks include the legally secure documentation of screening results, initiating follow-up measures, and collaborating closely with social services, medical professionals, and legal protection officers. You will also contribute to the quality assurance and further development of screening processes in light of the Common European Asylum System (GEAS) reforms.
