Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the State Office for Immigration and Refugees in Schleswig-Holstein. You will be responsible for drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting legally compliant selection procedures. Beyond administrative tasks, you will act as a consultant for department heads, represent the agency at job fairs to attract new talent, and moderate selection interviews. The position also includes responsibilities in personnel administration and the further development of internal training programs. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Public Administration, Business Administration with a focus on HR Management, or equivalent qualification (e.g., successful completion of the 'Qualifizierungslehrgang II'). Alternatively, a certification as a Human Resources Specialist (Personalfachkauffrau/-mann IHK).

Experience

  • Professional experience in recruitment and personnel selection instruments
  • Experience in labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources required if applying with a HR Specialist (IHK) qualification
  • Experience in collaborating with representative committees and advising management

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Proof of measles immunity/vaccination required for those born after 1970. Must be eligible for public service career group 2.1 (Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt).
