Job Summary

As an Application and Project Manager for Workforce Systems, you will be the central point of contact for managing and optimizing critical business applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities include requirements management, where you will formulate, prioritize, and coordinate system requirements, and process optimization to support various departments. You will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring that SLAs are met and budgets are monitored. Additionally, you will handle user access management, license monitoring, and IT security compliance. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and project leadership, offering the chance to conduct training and manage key users. Required Skills

Education
