As the Team Lead for Market Communication & Grid Billing, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of energy market processes. Your day-to-day activities involve leading a team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as GPKE and GeLi Gas, and overseeing process optimizations. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments, market partners, and IT service providers. Beyond leadership, you will manage projects related to format changes and interface clarifications while monitoring workload and personnel planning.
