As a Workforce Systems Application and Project Manager, you will serve as the critical link between business departments and IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve managing requirements for existing and new workforce systems, optimizing business processes, and steering external service providers. You will oversee maintenance contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and manage user permissions and licenses. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for budget planning, identifying training needs for key users, and ensuring data privacy and IT security compliance.
