Job Summary

This part-time position (30 hours/week) in Hamburg focuses on the comprehensive support of approximately 350 Windows clients. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT workplace services, including hardware rollouts and technical support for business users. Your daily routine will involve managing on-boarding and off-boarding processes, coordinating with cross-location teams in Hamburg and Augsburg, and maintaining rigorous documentation through a ticket-based system. The role is ideal for a structured professional who enjoys direct user interaction and physical hardware handling. This position offers a family-friendly environment with flat hierarchies, 30 days of vacation, and a stable shift schedule (Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30).
