As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues directly at the client's location in St. Leon-Rot. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive 2nd level support for client systems and end-user devices, including the physical exchange of hardware and the installation of notebooks and PCs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software malfunctions while meticulously documenting all activities within a ticketing system. This role requires a service-oriented professional who can offer expert advice to customers in a dynamic team environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration / Fachinformatiker).

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd level IT support and hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Practical experience in documenting technical processes within a ticketing system
  • Proven experience working with MS Windows and Office environments
  • Experience in onsite customer service and technical consulting
