This role involves providing comprehensive 2nd level technical support for a leading European IT service provider in Wolfsburg. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT tickets, hardware lifecycle tasks, and user support. Your primary responsibilities include installing and configuring laptops, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting a variety of hardware including PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices. You will also handle account management and permissions within Azure AD and maintain the internal knowledge base. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in Workplace Services involving hardware maintenance for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Practical experience using IT ticketing systems for incident and request management.
  • Experience with directory services and account administration in Azure AD.
