Job Summary

As a Digital Process Expert, you will report directly to the Sales Director for Digital Empowerment, taking responsibility for the technical and digital advancement of independent sales channels. Your daily activities involve marketing and rolling out digital solutions developed by SIGNAL IDUNA, managing technical requirements for sales partners—such as secure data line setups and portal administration—and acting as a bridge between IT and sales. A significant portion of the role focuses on content creation, where you will develop training materials, workshops, and webinars to empower leaders and partners to use digital tools effectively. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving digital transformation, ensuring cross-channel process synergy, and scaling technical solutions across different segments.
