Job Summary

As a Project Engineer for Test Bench Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in the planning, implementation, and continuous development of the infrastructure required for engine testing. Your daily responsibilities include the technical design of complex systems such as cooling circuits, gas and air supplies, and exhaust systems, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards and safety requirements. You will create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings (P&IDs and spatial concepts) and prepare documentation for industrial licensing. Beyond design, you will coordinate external contractors and oversee cyclic maintenance of the facilities. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys a blend of technical design, project management, and hands-on coordination. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education/degree in Energy & Building Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in plant engineering or facility construction is preferred
  • Proven experience in project management including budget and resource planning
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and permit applications for industrial infrastructure
  • Experience in coordinating external service providers and contractors
