Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the organization's IT client and server systems, focusing heavily on software deployment and mobile device management (MDM). The specialist will be responsible for maintaining the current software distribution solution (currently Ivanti DSM) and actively participating in the selection and implementation of a new solution to enhance IT system maintenance and optimization. A core part of the job is overseeing the MDM solution (currently Ivanti EMM) to ensure the security and proper administration of mobile devices. Furthermore, the role provides 3rd Level Support for complex technical issues. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android), and an affinity for scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, coupled with good German and English skills.
