Job Summary
As a Planning Engineer for Primary Technology at Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in the design and quality assurance of high-voltage primary equipment for new and existing substations and network nodes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating tender documents, participating in the awarding process, and developing technical concepts for high-voltage switchgear in collaboration with internal departments and external partners. You will conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses while ensuring effective communication and coordination across various trades. This role is ideal for an electrical engineering graduate with a focus on power engineering who possesses strong organizational skills and initiative. The position offers a highly attractive package, including a 37-hour work week, flexible working models, 30 days of vacation, and a competitive salary range between €61,000 and €74,000. Required Skills
Education
University or Technical College degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Engineering or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning of electrotechnical systems is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of project management (IPMA or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience in coordinating external partners and cross-functional trades
- Experience in creating technical documentation and tender materials
Languages
Additional
- The role requires German language proficiency at the C1 level. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Berlin, though relocation support is available through a partnership with a local housing company.
