Job Summary

This role involves joining Stromnetz Berlin to modernize the city's 36,000-kilometer power grid. As a Cable Installation Trainer in the Primary Technology department, you will lead both practical and theoretical training for technicians and apprentices, specifically focusing on 1-10kV cable installations and live-line work. Beyond instruction, you will be responsible for quality control of installations, investigating equipment failures, and evaluating new assembly techniques and materials. This position is unique as it combines technical field expertise with educational leadership, allowing you to shape the future of grid maintenance standards. You will actively update assembly instructions and pre-qualify new tools for the network.
