As an ITSM Consultant at Stromnetz Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing Berlin's power grid infrastructure by managing and evolving the company's IT Service Management landscape. Your daily responsibilities include the technical support, configuration, and continuous development of the USU ITSM platform. You will analyze and implement core ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and CMDB management, while developing custom workflows, scripts, and reports to meet business needs. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in the configuration and customization of the USU platform
  • Proven experience with ITIL-based service management processes
  • Practical experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience in script and application development, preferably using Python
  • Experience working with development pipelines and relational databases
