Job Summary

This part-time position (50% FTE) within the Finance and Assets Department of the Diocese of Aachen focuses on managing the financial accounting for 28 independent and fiduciary foundations. The day-to-day role involves processing payment transactions, maintaining donor databases, and managing direct debits and donations. You will be responsible for issuing donation receipts, preparing financial evaluations, and supporting annual year-end closing processes.
