Job Summary
As a Service Delivery Manager in Neckarsulm, you will serve as a vital leadership figure overseeing IT service operations and client relationships. Your daily responsibilities include managing the IT service team both technically and disciplinarily, acting as the primary interface for clients, and leading project meetings. You will be responsible for escalation management, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and continuously developing service quality across departments. Supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager with contract matters and customer care is also a core component of the role. This position offers a competitive salary between €65,000 and €70,000, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours. It is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in IT service desk management and remote support to step into a high-impact leadership role within a growing environment. The position starts via personnel leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover by the client.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field, a similar technical vocational qualification, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Remote Support, service desk steering, and utilizing ticket systems
- Leadership experience in both technical and disciplinary capacities for IT service teams
- Practical experience acting as a primary interface between customers and contract partners
- Experience with established service concepts, operational manuals, and process management
- Desirable experience in procurement, storage, installation, and onsite user support
