Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Manager in Neckarsulm, you will serve as a vital leadership figure overseeing IT service operations and client relationships. Your daily responsibilities include managing the IT service team both technically and disciplinarily, acting as the primary interface for clients, and leading project meetings. You will be responsible for escalation management, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and continuously developing service quality across departments. Supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager with contract matters and customer care is also a core component of the role. This position offers a competitive salary between €65,000 and €70,000, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours.
