Job Summary

This role within the Manufacturing Technologies department in Bocholt focuses on the technical oversight and optimization of thermal processing for steel components. You will be responsible for defining process specifications and work instructions for case hardening, nitriding, quenching, and induction processes. A key part of the role involves cross-functional collaboration, where you will qualify and approve global heat treatment capacities, support external suppliers, and coordinate with international subsidiaries of the Flender Group. Beyond operational tasks, you will engage in damage assessment, discuss lab reports with customers, and represent the company in research associations and standardization bodies like DIN and ISO.
