This role seeks a dedicated Technical Lead to drive the development and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems, ensuring they meet customer and partner needs while fostering innovative solutions. The core responsibilities include defining the architecture of the Customer Journey across corporate websites and within the CRM system to deliver an outstanding user experience. The Lead will collaborate extensively with various development resources to implement cutting-edge interface solutions and work cross-functionally to integrate digital solutions effectively. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, coupled with practical experience in digital customer portals, eCommerce, and CRM systems, demonstrating strong technical leadership and a commitment to continuous digitalization.
