Job Summary
As a Salesforce Consultant at the Bocholt location, you will play a pivotal role in the eBusiness & CRM IT team, focusing on the development and optimization of CRM processes tailored to customer and partner needs. Your daily responsibilities include designing the architecture of the customer journey across corporate websites and CRM systems, collaborating with development resources to implement modern interface solutions, and leading digital projects. You will act as a bridge between various departments, ensuring that digital solutions are integrated harmoniously and effectively. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience working with digital customer portals, eCommerce solutions, and CRM systems
- Experience in developing and implementing interface solutions using modern technologies
- Proven track record in designing customer journey architectures
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring colleagues in technical skill development
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- The role is based in Bocholt and offers mobile working options where the position allows. It is a full-time, permanent contract (unbefristet) subject to collective bargaining agreement (Tarifvertrag) remuneration.
