Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing a comprehensive IT service portfolio for a Munich-based IT services and security provider. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating service level management, designing process landscapes, and establishing a Service Desk based on ITIL standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with specialized departments regarding existing contracts, adjusting service modules to meet customer requirements, and ensuring quality control through rigorous documentation. You will act as a bridge between technical infrastructure—covering data centers, networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN), and Windows environments—and the business needs of the clients. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT service management or a similar technical coordination role
- Proven experience in the successful execution and management of IT projects
- Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, communication processes, and workplace environments
- Experience in drafting or managing tenders for IT services, hardware, and software is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in process documentation and quality monitoring

- The position is initially offered via labor leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) with a specific option for permanent takeover. Location: Munich. ITIL certification is highly preferred.
