Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Augsburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of approximately 3,000 Windows clients. Your daily routine involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workplace hardware, including specialized industrial devices such as panel PCs and industrial tablets. You will act as a direct point of contact for business users, providing both onsite and remote support to resolve technical issues. A significant portion of the role includes managing hardware rollouts and ensuring all technical interventions are meticulously documented within a ticketing system.
