Job Summary

As a Field Service IT Technician based in the Ingolstadt area, you will be responsible for the hands-on technical support and maintenance of retail-specific IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day activities will focus on the maintenance and repair of Point of Sale (POS) systems, mobile devices, and client/server infrastructure. You will handle incoming support requests, install and configure network components, and ensure the operational readiness of server hardware and printers.
