Job Summary
As an Electrical Site Manager in Berne, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of electrotechnical work packages within the dynamic energy and shipbuilding sectors. Your daily activities will involve leading on-site teams, coordinating with shipyards and suppliers, and ensuring that all electrical installations adhere to VDE and CE standards. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical assembly, from material planning and resource management to functional testing and final commissioning. A significant portion of the role involves technical documentation and quality assurance using specialized software. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field; further qualification/training in Project Management is required.
Experience
- Professional experience in site management for large-scale industrial projects such as mechanical engineering, offshore, or large plants
- Proven experience in leadership and team coordination within a technical environment
- Practical experience in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Experience in project management or specialized training in project leadership
- Experience with cable routing and model editing software

Additional
- Willingness to travel or stay in provided accommodation if required; proficiency in BRCM software is preferred but can be partially acquired on-site.
