Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an electrically qualified professional to work in the offshore wind energy sector. As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, and repair of offshore wind turbines. Your tasks will include performing service and maintenance work within a team, installing and dismantling mechanical and electrical components, and implementing technical improvements. You will be a key player in ensuring high quality standards and occupational safety while documenting activities and reporting on turbine status. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Experience in the maintenance and service of offshore wind turbines
  • Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical systems
  • Practical experience in mechanical and electrical component installation

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (early and night shifts); GWO (Global Wind Organisation) offshore training certifications are preferred; ability to work at sea/offshore locations.
