Job Summary

As a Specialist for Digitalization & IT (FAIT) at SLB, you will act as a technological gamechanger for a tax firm of over 40 colleagues. You will move beyond simple tool maintenance to actively driving digital transformation by analyzing new trends, presenting solutions to management, and implementing projects independently. Your day-to-day involves managing digital-heavy client mandates—particularly in E-Commerce—conducting digital onboarding for clients, and leading internal training sessions to enhance the team's technical proficiency. This role is unique because it combines tax expertise with IT leadership, offering a dedicated €5,000 annual digital training budget and the authority to set new technological standards. You will be the primary contact for modern workflows and process optimization, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of digital tax consultancy while enjoying a flexible, modern work environment in Münster.
