Job Summary

This role is designed for a proactive professional eager to drive the digital transformation within a leading German tax and legal firm, specializing in healthcare and SME sectors. As the Specialist Assistant for Digitalization & IT (FAIT), you will be instrumental in analyzing new tools and trends, managing the implementation of digital projects, and setting new technological standards for 40+ colleagues and hundreds of clients. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting internal training programs, leading digital client onboarding, and providing smart, quick remote support. The ideal candidate has a background as a Certified Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) with at least one year of professional experience, coupled with a strong desire to pursue advanced FAIT or Fibutroniker qualifications. This position offers significant autonomy, direct influence on firm strategy, a generous annual digital training budget (€5,000), and a modern, flexible work environment.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational qualification as a Certified Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or equivalent. Willingness to pursue FAIT (Specialist Assistant for Digitalization & IT) or Fibutroniker advanced qualification.

Experience
