Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Specialist Assistant focused on driving digital transformation within a leading German tax and consulting firm, primarily serving healthcare professionals and medium-sized businesses. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing new technologies, managing digital projects independently, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency for over 40 colleagues and hundreds of clients. Key tasks include conducting internal training programs, leading digital client onboarding, and providing smart, fast remote support. Candidates should have a background as a Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) with at least one year of professional experience and ideally possess or be willing to obtain the FAIT or Fibutroniker qualification.
