This role involves joining a collaborative five-person in-house IT team focused on maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for colleagues, managing the full lifecycle of IT requests from initial ticket acceptance and classification to independent resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting Microsoft client systems, telecommunications, and hardware assets such as PCs and printers. You will be responsible for setting up workstations, managing hardware inventory, and documenting technical processes. Required Skills

Education
