Job Summary

This role involves leading the Hygiene & Cleanroom Cleaning team at Octapharma Biopharmaceuticals in Heidelberg. The successful candidate will act as the site’s Hygiene Responsible Person, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and contamination control measures. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cleaning staff, managing cleanroom garment supplies, conducting hygiene training for employees, and overseeing facility walks with external partners like pest control. You will also handle GMP documentation, including deviation handling and CAPA follow-up.
