Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled and motivated Scientist to join the Molecular Design unit within the Research & Development Department, focusing on biologics drug discovery in Immunology and Hematology. The core responsibilities involve designing and constructing phage display libraries (antibodies, peptides, or alternative scaffolds), performing selection using biopanning and enrichment strategies, and integrating Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows for diversity analysis and hit identification. The successful candidate will leverage strong molecular biology and bioinformatics skills to analyze sequencing data, guide candidate optimization, and develop directed evolution strategies. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (protein engineering, computational biology) to drive innovative solutions and ensure scientific excellence in developing therapeutic candidates sourced from human plasma and cell lines.
