Job Summary

This role involves the technical and operational leadership of an SMD (Surface-Mount Device) assembly team of up to 10 employees, including two shift supervisors. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production workflows, optimizing SMT processes, and managing the setup and maintenance of Siplace placement machines and solder paste printers. Your day-to-day will involve creating Siplace programs, maintaining component databases, and conducting quality control in accordance with industry standards. You will collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and team development.
