Job Summary

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer at GlobalFoundries, you will play a critical role in the high-precision production of semiconductor interconnects and contacts within a Continuous Production Shift (CPS) environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve mastering and optimizing complex PVD and CVD processes to ensure maximum equipment throughput and product quality. You will utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) methods to monitor equipment parameters and wafer defect density. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with process engineers and maintenance technicians to handle development and prototype lots.
