Job Summary

This role serves as a vital bridge between semiconductor research and high-volume production within GlobalFoundries' state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fab in Dresden. As a Process Integrator, you will be responsible for turning advanced research into production-ready technology features, focusing on the development of feature-rich process solutions. Your daily activities will include the physical and electrical characterization of semiconductor features, designing experiments to optimize performance, and coordinating development tasks within a production infrastructure. You will collaborate with international customers, research institutes, and cross-functional internal teams to solve complex technical challenges related to quality and manufacturability. Required Skills

Education

Master of Science in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline is required; a PhD is considered beneficial.

Experience

  • Professional experience in modern CMOS process integration and key techniques such as CVD, lithography, and RIE
  • Proven experience in state-of-the-art Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) solutions
  • Experience with Test Chip Design, Tape-Out (T/O), and Design Rules
  • Experience in FDSOI technology is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments within a technical or production environment
  • Professional background in coordinating technology development tasks and collaborating with research institutes
