Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and management for the School of Social Sciences & Technology at the Technical University of Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for first and second-level support for Windows and macOS systems, managing server systems including virtual, Windows, Linux, printer, license, and web servers, and overseeing network technology and data security. Key responsibilities also include advising professors on hardware/software selection, procurement, and installation, as well as maintaining seminar rooms and IT labs. This position requires strong IT organizational skills, hardware and network knowledge, and a service-oriented approach to effectively support students, faculty, and external partners.
