Job Summary

The City of Würzburg is seeking an Administrative Manager to lead operations at the Falkenhaus central library. In this role, you will be responsible for workforce planning and the coordination of media transport for the library team. You will provide technical support and oversight to various departments, including the secretariat, dunning, cash management, acquisitions, and event logistics. A significant portion of the role involves assisting the department head with contract management, legal queries, procurement, and data management. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of public administration and culture in a permanent, part-time capacity (up to 30 hours per week). Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, completion of the Administrative Specialist Course II (BL II), or qualification for the 3rd qualification level in Administration and Finance.

Experience
