Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the Building Automation and Operational Technology department for the City of Würzburg's Structural Engineering division. As the head of this section, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of technical building systems, with a primary focus on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Your daily activities will include monitoring and optimizing building control systems (MSR), managing maintenance and repair schedules, and overseeing budgets and procurement processes. You will serve as the central point of contact for municipal departments and external contractors regarding technical building services. Required Skills

Education
