This Senior Support Engineer role offers a chance to be the central technical point of contact for clients, focusing on virtualization, IT infrastructure, networks, data centers, and Microsoft technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or IT operations
- Extensive experience in error analysis, troubleshooting, and managing complex IT environments
- Experience in administering hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
