A key function is acting as the primary point of contact for the Support Desk, ensuring stable operations, and coordinating follow-up actions with L2/L3 teams. Candidates must possess a degree or apprenticeship in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of professional experience managing servers, firewalls, switches, and working proficiently with UNIX and Windows systems. The position requires strong analytical skills, routine application of ITIL processes, and excellent written and verbal English communication, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment on a globally significant European mission.
