Job Summary

This role at Deichmann, a major European footwear retailer, involves developing and operating customer-centric data and feature models to support Machine Learning (ML), CRM, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to design scalable structures like event models and customer snapshots. A significant portion of the day-to-day work focuses on developing robust ML features for models such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), churn prediction, and segmentation, ensuring time consistency and production-ready inference. You will collaborate closely with platform teams to maintain data governance and CI/CD standards while translating business requirements into technical concepts from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.
