A significant portion of the role involves the technical management and testing of the 'Kompass 302' billing software, where you will coordinate interfaces and drive software enhancements. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a related field; or completed advanced training as a Health Insurance Business Administrator or Specialist (e.g., Social and Health Care).

Experience

  • Professional experience in billing or quality management within the healthcare or insurance sector
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing operational billing strategies
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and process inspections
  • Experience in managing or testing specialized billing software (ideally Kompass 302)
  • Experience in training and advising employees on technical billing topics
