As a Quality Manager for Dental Billing and Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that dental service billing is efficient, legally compliant, and future-proof. Your daily responsibilities include managing billing processes, economic feasibility audits, and payment transactions. You will act as a key deputy for the division management and oversee the quality assurance of technical solutions, including release testing. A significant part of the role involves data analysis, where you will create statistics and forecasts to derive strategic measures. Furthermore, you will develop training materials and continuously improve internal control systems. This position is particularly attractive due to its high flexibility, offering up to 80% remote work and a unique 'Leisure Invest' program that allows for up to 50 days of annual leave. Required Skills

Education
