Job Summary

This role serves as the central point of contact for analyzing and evaluating technical requirements at AOK Lower Saxony. You will be responsible for overseeing ongoing IT projects to ensure quality, transparency, and economic efficiency while adhering to internal regulations. Day-to-day activities include developing standard procedures for IT orders, managing the IT requirement process, and coordinating escalations. A unique aspect of this position is the involvement in IT emergency management, where you will assist in evaluating incidents, alerting emergency staff, and moderating the response process. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a reliable interface between various departments and provide transparent reporting to executive management regarding IT disruptions. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic portfolio management and hands-on crisis coordination within a stable, large-scale organizational environment.

Required Skills

Education

Master's or Diploma degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or vocational IT training with significant professional experience.

Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in IT management or a related field if holding a Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience in IT management or a related field if holding a vocational IT qualification
  • Professional experience in analyzing and evaluating technical IT requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management and overseeing IT projects
  • Experience in managing IT disruptions and emergency response coordination
