Job Summary

Join a global leader in car wash technology, WashTec, as an IT Support Specialist at their headquarters in Augsburg. This role involves the installation, deployment, and rollout of software and hardware, alongside providing first and second-level support for both German and international locations. You'll be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and remote access, managing tickets independently within a small team, and assisting with the administration of Windows, Android, and iOS systems. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial professional experience in IT support and helpdesk functions.
