Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Hardware Development Engineer to join the R&D Mechatronics team at WashTec, the global market leader in car wash technology, based centrally in Augsburg. The primary responsibilities include creating detailed technical specifications (requirement profiles) for electronic modules by consolidating needs from various business units. The engineer will ensure the quality and reliability of electronic designs through rigorous simulations, calculations, and development-accompanying measurements, maintaining thorough and traceable documentation. A key focus involves modernizing existing electronic solutions and actively participating in the new development of electronic assemblies, leveraging expertise with microcontrollers and the ability to read and enhance hardware-related software.
