Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Firewall and Network Administrator to join the Global IT Operations team at WashTec, a world leader in car wash technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the global corporate network infrastructure and its components, including routing, switching, next-gen firewalls, Wi-Fi, monitoring, and cloud telephony. Day-to-day tasks involve providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for the highly available network infrastructure, handling inquiries and incident reports, and documenting them in the ticketing system. The position also involves consulting with departments on IT infrastructure requirements, assisting with planning and implementation of new solutions, and designing and implementing security policies for the network area. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Augsburg, Germany, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for innovation and personal responsibility.
