Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the operational readiness of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems at the prestigious Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). Working within the Campus Großhadern/Martinsried facilities, you will be responsible for receiving fault reports, identifying root causes, and performing rapid repairs on technical building systems. A key part of your daily routine includes the regular inspection and optimization of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) systems as well as Building Management Systems (BMS). Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors, overseeing their work and assignments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or Industrial Master in Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology, or Control and Regulation Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology is highly preferred.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of technical building systems (TGA).
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers.
- Demonstrated ability in professional communication across various hierarchical levels.
