Job Summary
In this role at Komm.ONE, the largest public sector IT service provider in Baden-Württemberg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users within the 1st level support framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve receiving, analyzing, and resolving technical and functional inquiries specifically related to citizen services, document management systems, and school administration cloud solutions. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively contribute to the digitalization and optimization of internal work processes and documentation. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and want to ensure high satisfaction levels through adherence to Service Level Agreements. Required Skills

- The position is permanent and full-time. Applicants must be able to work at one of the seven locations in Baden-Württemberg. The role is evaluated according to EG9a TVöD (Public Service Collective Agreement).
